Q. What is your delivery time?
A. In most instances for labels, next working-day. If you’re in a hurry, call us on 01702 465 286 Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
Q. Can you supply custom sizes?
A. Of course and we also have many stock sizes that we can offer, however if you have a specific application and size, get in contact with us.
Q. Do you deliver to international addresses?
A. Yes, with we have many international customers and would like you to be one!
Q. Do you offer credit accounts?
A. We are keen to develop long standing relationships with customers and understand a credit account is important to you. Please call to check your circumstances.
Q. Who does the design? Can we supply our own artwork & logos?
A. Our design team can produce your design free-of-charge. Just let us know the information you need printed and we’ll do you a design very quickly. Alternatively, if you wish to supply your own artwork, please email it to us.
Q. Can I change a design you have sent us?
A. Of course! Providing you haven’t already approved artwork, we are able to modify your design very quickly for your approval.
Q. I can’t find what I need on your site – can you help?
A. We’ll do our best. Just fill out the form on the left hand side (or contact us on 01702 465 286 Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm GMT – International +44 1702 476 286 ). We offer a range of bespoke solutions to many customers.
